This policy covers what we collect when you order, why we need it, and who else sees it.
What we collect
When you sign in, we get your email address and name from Google or Facebook. When you order, you give us a delivery address and a mobile number. We keep a record of your orders, points, and coupon.
Why we need it
Your address and number go to the courier so your order can be delivered. Your email identifies your account so you can check your orders and use your points. We keep order records because we have to be able to show what was bought, paid, and refunded.
Who else sees it
The courier delivering your order sees your name, address, and number. Our payment provider handles your payment — we never see your card or wallet credentials. The seller whose link you used sees that a sale happened, not your address or contact details.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we are required to. The address on an order stays with that order — changing your address later does not change past orders.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Some order records have to stay for legal and accounting reasons even after an account is closed.
