Glow Young handles payment, delivery, and refunds for every order — not the seller whose link you used. If something is wrong with an order, come to us.

Have your order number ready

Every order has an eight-character number, shown at the top of the order page and in your orders. It is the fastest way for us to find your order. If you open the order and use the button there, the number comes along on its own.

If your payment is still being confirmed

Payment confirmation usually takes about a minute. If your order page still says we're confirming it after that, tell us the order number — your money is accounted for either way, and we will not charge you twice.

If we can't deliver to your address

Checkout blocks the order before you pay, so nothing is charged. Tell us the address and we'll say whether it is something we can reach soon. See shipping areas.

Cancellations and refunds

Before your order ships you can ask us to cancel it for a full refund. After delivery we refund orders that arrive damaged or wrong. Either way a person reviews it — how cancellations and refunds work covers the details.
