These terms cover buying on Glow Young: who you are buying from, when you pay, and what happens if something goes wrong.
Who you buy from
You order through a seller's link, and Glow Young sources, holds, and ships the products. One order contains items from one seller only.
Paying for an order
You pay the full amount with GCash before your order ships. The total you see at checkout is the total you pay — shipping is included. If you don't finish paying, the order is cancelled on its own and nothing is charged.
Delivery
Delivery time depends on your area. For some areas we confirm the schedule with our courier before your order moves, and there are a few places we can't reach yet — checkout tells you before you pay. See shipping areas.
Cancellations and refunds
Before your order ships, you can ask us to cancel it and we refund the full amount. After delivery, we refund orders that arrive damaged or wrong. Each request is reviewed by our team.
Points and coupons
You earn points on what you pay and can use them once your balance is high enough. A coupon can be used on one order that meets its minimum. Points and coupons expire one year after you get them.
Your account
You sign in with Google or Facebook. Keep your sign-in secure — orders placed from your account are treated as yours.
